FlowOps
Operational intelligence for warehouse productivity
FlowOps is a two-tool system that transforms raw warehouse data into actionable performance insights — from data preparation all the way to productivity analysis and operational gap tracking.
Two tools. One seamless workflow.
Each tool handles a distinct stage of your data pipeline, working together end-to-end.
Cleans and prepares raw productivity, work assignment, and UKG data — transforming messy source files into a structured, analysis-ready dataset.
- Ingests raw productivity & work assignment files
- Processes and normalizes UKG data exports
- Outputs a clean, standardized dataset
Analyzes performance, productivity, work function trends, and A3 gap tracking — delivering clear operational visibility across your warehouse.
- Performance & productivity analysis
- Work function trend reporting
- A3 operational gap tracking
How It Works
Three simple steps from raw data to actionable warehouse insights.
Upload Raw Files
Upload your raw productivity, work assignment, and UKG files directly into FlowOps Prep.
Download Cleaned Dataset
FlowOps Prep processes and normalizes your data. Download the clean, structured output file.
Analyze in the Dashboard
Upload the cleaned file into FlowOps Dashboard to explore performance trends and gap reports.
File Preparation Instructions
Please prepare files exactly as described below before uploading to FlowOps.
Match the Correct Files
- Always match the correct UKG file with the correct Productivity and Who Did What files.
- The files must represent the same actual work day or the same workweek.
- Do not mix dates from different days or weeks.
- If the files do not match, the output will be inaccurate.
Productivity File — Date Column Required
- Each Productivity file must include a column named Date.
- This Date column must represent the actual work date for that file.
- This column is required for FlowOps Prep to process the data correctly.
Example: If the file is for Apr 11, 2026, the Date column should contain 4/11/2026.
UKG File — Naming Format
The Kronos / UKG file must be renamed using this exact format before uploading:
Required Format
UKG_year-month-day
Example
UKG_2026-04-11
This naming format is required so FlowOps can correctly identify and read the UKG file.
UKG File — Cleanup Before Upload
Before uploading the UKG file, complete the following cleanup steps:
- Remove the extra header information at the top of the export.
- Keep only the actual employee hours data table.
- Convert the remaining data into a proper table format.
Column rename required: Rename the column OT Time to OT Hours before uploading. This is required for the file to be processed correctly.
Before Uploading — Confirm All Items
- 1Correct UKG file matched to the same date or workweek as the other files.
- 2Productivity file includes a Date column with the actual work date.
- 3UKG file renamed correctly — e.g., UKG_2026-04-11.
- 4UKG file cleaned: extra headers removed and data formatted as a proper table.
- 5Column OT Time renamed to OT Hours.
